CLIMATE ACTION
Eco Team Action Plan 2026-2027
Our Mission
At St Oswald's Catholic Primary School, we believe that God created our world and entrusted it to us to care for and protect. We have a responsibility to be good stewards of God’s creation and to show love and respect for our environment and our local community. Through our Eco Team, we will encourage everyone in our school to make small changes that can make a big difference.
Our Overall Aim
To create a greener, cleaner and more environmentally responsible school by saving energy, reducing waste and caring for our local environment.
How We Will Measure Our Impact
The Eco Team will meet regularly to review our progress, carry out classroom and environmental checks, record litter collected and share our successes with the whole school. We will celebrate positive changes and identify new ways we can care for God’s creation.
Our Eco Team Promise
“We will care for God’s creation by saving energy, reducing waste, recycling responsibly and keeping our school and community clean. Together, we can make a difference.”
